What is your turnaround time?
All orders placed will be shipped in 4-7 business days. Turnaround time can fluctuate depending on the Holiday season. Order ahead of time to ensure a timely delievery.

Step 1: Submit a Quote Please fill our custom jewelry form to receive a complimentary quote. Our team of experts are ready to help you successfully design your future concept.
Step 2: Concept Design Our jewelry specialists will take your concept and go through our step-by-step creative design process based on your ideas and materials needed. Our jewelers are GIA (Gemological Institute Of America) certified and ready to fulfill your needs.
Step 3: CAD & Wax Models Once you approve your concept design and place an order, it’s time to make your piece come to life with our Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) models. CAD models give you a better idea of how the pieces will be crafted.
Step 4: Finished Piece Your beautifully completed piece is inspected by our quality assurance team and then shipped in a masked package.
